This Booking terms apply only for the "Anastacio Rentals" which are managed direclty by SuperAlgarve.Com Team, For the other rentals, you should contact directly the owner of the property you are booking.

However this booking terms are the standard guidelines in the Algarve Region for Owner´s Direct Rentals

Arrivals

All bookings are held in good faith to the arrival and departure date listed in this reservation, at the rate specified. After you have checked that the property fullfils your requirements, payed the remaing amount and caution deposit, the keys will be delivered to you in person.

Departure:

The departure shall be done till 12:00 of the departure day. If you wish to stay longer it may be possible depending on the availability of the proprety, however, this has to be agreed in advance.

Linens and towels:

The rentals directly owned or managed by SuperAlgarve.Com include first cleaning ( no extra fees ), linens and towels and cleaning once a week.

Availability advertised on the site: Calendar sometimes lies...contact us first, check for our confirmation

The listings  are adverstised over several other means such as: may be listed on several booking sites, our marketing partners (travel agencies,etc)! hence the calendar is not always up-to-date as regards the availability of the property. if you have any doubt don´t hesitate do contact us
