SuperAlgarve.Com is increasingly becoming a gateway for owners to advertise they´re properties online.
This said, SuperAlgarve.Com manages some Villas direclty while others does not. Hence, the following "Terms and Conditions" shall apply only to the "Anastacio Rentals" which SuperAlgarve.Com manages.
However, the following "Terms and Conditions" are a standard guideline in the Algarve.
Bookings with "SuperAlgarve.Com" managed properties
All bookings made through this site must be confirmed owner of the property. At the completion of the booking process you are presented with a printable booking receipt. This receipt should be retained by you and quoted in any future correspondence with the Villa.
Changes to bookings cannot be guaranteed and are at the discretion of the SuperAlgarve.Com subject to the availability of the propriety.
Procedures with "SuperAlgarve.Com" managed properties
The booking procedure shall be done in three phases
- Pre-Reservation Request:- You send us a reservation request
- if availability and pricing are listed in the Property webpage this is done automatically
- If it is not in the property webpage you must use the "click here to send an inquiry to the owner." option
- Pre-Reservation confirmation - Wait for our confirmation of "Pre-reservation"
- Reservation Deposit - Using the method and amount of agreed with the owner
- Wait for ou Reservation Confirmation email.
Payments to be done: Reservation Deposit, Down payment and cautions
The payment you make for a booking on this website comprises a Reservation Deposit to guarantee the booking on your behalf. Prior to the Arrival date or on the arrival day you must do the final Down payment and applicable cautions, after which you On the full payment you´ll get the keys
You may pay by two methods:
- Wire-transfer - detailed information of bank account shall be sent by the owner.
- Web-trasnfer - coming soon!.
Upon receiving the confirmation of your transfer the property is Reserved on your name and only the Remaining amount is necessary to pay on the arrival date.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you are send us a confirmation for pre-reservation.
The price includes your right of use of the property during the agreed period and all the agreed facilities listed in property webpage.
For the avoidance of any doubt, your price does not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, by way of example only, in respect of your use of the acommodation facilities and the costs of external telephone calls if that exists in the local. Such charges will be payable by you prior to you departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges the caution deposit shall not be refunded.
Caution Deposit:
Due to the excellency of the Villas that SuperAlgarve has to offer, thus with a very high price in the Real Estate Market it is mandatory for you to leave a caution deposit that will be given back to you at the end of the stay.
Extra Caution Deposit
Depending on the use of the Villa extra deposits may be required: example: big pets, new year´s eve, etc
Cancellations
Bookings made on this website cannot be cancelled directly but you nee to contact us directly to our land-line or mobile phone cancellations received on this website / at destination hostel:
- info@superalgarve.com.
- land line fax: 351 289 501274
- The information in the email/fax must have you name, phone number, a text explaining the reason and your signature.
Refunds
The Booking Deposit (Reservation Deposit) shall be refunded if you cancel your Reservation 3 months prior to your arrival, otherwise it will no be refundable.
