Living space

The open plan living area is split into 3 sections; a spacious lounge with comfortable seating and a corner bar, a dining area with a table and chairs, and a built in seating area with a feature fireplace. All 3 areas have patio doors opening out onto the large raised terrace which has a gated entrance at the top of the steps leading to the pool. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and also has patio doors onto the same terrace overlooking the pool. There is a laundry room by the kitchen with access to an outside drying area.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the ground floor there is 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing area, as well as 2 twin bedrooms which share a separate bathroom. These bedrooms all have access to the ground floor terrace. A marble staircase leads up to the first floor which is commanded by 1 double bedroom with en suite bathroom, as well as a dressing room with small seating area. Both rooms have patio doors leading out onto a spacious terrace with views over the gardens to the open countryside towards the coast.
