Villa Mar y Sol is a spacious 4 bedroom villa rental, in a cul de sac, boasting air conditioned/heated bedrooms and heated private pool. This Algarve villa is in beautiful countryside and a short drive to beaches and amenities.
Villa Mar y Sol is situated north of the picturesque resort of Olhos de Agua. This holiday villa let is also close to the resort of Acoteias which has a varied choice of restaurants, bars and shops.
All the bedrooms are faced south, with a view of the swimming pool, which makes them have light all day. The Villa has 3 bedrooms downstairs and a Suite in the first foor. All divisions of the house take you to the swimming pool and garden. Parking for 4 cars is available
The walled gardens of this villa are arranged on three levels with marble steps connecting them. To one side, is a huge umbrella pine providing welcome shade for a dining area and close by is a superb covered barbecue. The extensive lawns, which surround the private pool and terrace, are ideal for sunbathing. At this holiday villa the pool is heated at no extra cost.
