Located in a quiet area, far away from the crowdy and noisy streets of the Goden Beach \"Strip\", but still close enough to get there in a 2-3 minutes walk. There are two beaches at a walking distance, the Aveiros at 350 m and the Oura Beach at 600 meters.

The apartment has 2 double bed and 1 twin bedroom, a spacious living room mixed with dining room, fully fitted kitchen and balconies. The A/C is in the bedrooms and living/dining room, so that you can enjoy the Winter or Summer time as you please better.

The apartment is inside a small resort with a few Villas that share a common swimming pool. The swimming pool area has a very wide adult´s swimming pool and circle like Children´s swimming pool. The resort is full of green ares where children can play without the harass of strangers or cars.
